With reference to the despertad
from Her Majesty's Minister at Yedo to His Exallency the Governor duited the 1975 Jemary 18607 requesting to be informed the cost of coinage with rate of Seignorage, and which in accordance with the Minute of His Excellency thereon has been subanelled. to me; Shove the honor to state. 1stly The cost of Minting much depends on the continuous employments
of the staff and Machinery.
